Nazavie jewellery is made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping

Shipping updates are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If your order is delayed or your delivery details need correcting, contact us at hello@nazavie.com as soon as possible.

Refunds and returns

Because personalised birthstone pieces are made to your chosen stones, finish and size, returns are accepted only where an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can usually be cancelled before production starts. Once a personalised item has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
